Updated: May 29, 2023

Being a wife to a husband who has been cooking all of their entire life comes with many perks.

Hi; I'm the husband, and along side selling things on eBay, one of my other hobbies and jobs is cooking.

Over the years I've worked at many high-street and independent restaurants, and along the way I've picked up some home cooking skills.

Nothing screams classic like some good old fashioned home cooking.

So, What do we have here?

1. Beer battered fish & chips.

2. Chinese BBQ Marinated pork chops with deep fried duck rolls and grilled pork gyozas.

3. Paprika hunters chicken with small cuts of maple bacon melted into the cheese, and a side order of cheesy fries & cheesy jalapeno bites.

4. Blue cheese spaghetti & meatballs.

5. Medium rare ribeye steak with large deep fried mushrooms, and a side order of paprika fries & butter garden peas.

6. Homemade oxtail soup with a large slice of tiger bread and a generous helping of butter.

7. Roast dinner pork belly strips with gravy cooked in meat juices, with a side order of garden peas & sweetcorn cooked in butter, and a generous portion of cheesy mash.

8. And last but not least we have the Cheesy BBQ chicken, with a side of homemade KFC chicken fillets, and a side order of cheesy paprika fries.

What are the recipes?

Most of my recipes will be coming out soon.

In the meantime, here's a recipe for the blue cheese sauce that goes with the blue cheese spaghetti & meatballs. Homemade Blue Cheese Sauce - Serves 2-3.

6. 1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper.

Instructions -
